Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel, Palm Springs

Beautiful property, nice amenities but...

Liked: Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, nice pool, ok exercise room, beautiful grounds
Disliked: Only ONE thing, but it was a major distraction. There is a bar adjacent to the property that was EXTREMELY loud until after 2 a.m. every night. If you go, avoid the east side of the property. Get even numbered rooms which will face west and you’ll have a great stay.

Liked: It is situated next to a bar/club called Dick’s! Our room was located facing it!!! It was SOOOOO LOUD it ruined our entire stay and we were up all night with my 11 year old granddaughter…We asked to move and they said even if they put us around the corner it would be just as loud!!! It was too late to find another hotel…I am a senior and handicapped! I literally cried. We came there special for modern dance competition at the convention center and she was so tired after competing all day and night. I travel quite a bit and never ever have I experienced anything as awful and nerve wrenching as that noise from hundreds of people and loud friggin’ disco music!!! I feel I should be refunded. BW needs to disclose noise situation so people can have their ear plugs and or make other arrangements…

Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of different stores and great restaurants. The customer service was great from beginning to end. The hotel was clean. The pool and spa area was great.

Liked: Clean. Great location. Good parking. Heated pool. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: $5 bottle of water. I would recommend putting a large fabric shade over half of the pool and pool lounges.The bed was too high.

Disliked: I didn't like when I got back from work no one told me that I had to tell them to fix the roomnoi towels the bed ion a knot I was just tired to worry about ii so I got in my unmade bed and went to bed they should tell you at the desk when you check in that you have to ask for maid service I always leave a tip every nite for the maid service because I do appreciate them but tell a person you have to ask for that service...
