Liked: The rooms on side B are very close to the local bars so on the weekends it’s very loud at night and into the morning. There was also old food in our mini fridge that was left from a previous guest that hadn’t been cleaned. A/C also stopped in the night and couldn’t be fixed until the morning…

Good location. Decent value. Nice...

Liked: The location worked well for us with most of our destinations being walking distance or a short drive. The foliage and pool area were lovely. The afternoon happy hour seemed good. Guests were enjoying it. Bed was soft enough (but the box spring was very noisy getting in and out of bed). AC was nice and cold but no fan control so air blew directly into the face of person on that side of the bed. Solved the second night using ironing board and towels to redirect airflow.
Disliked: Watery orange juice from dispenser to start the day at breakfast. Based on that I didn’t try any of the hot food either. OJ is usually a good quality indicator. The stated hours for the pool end at 10:30 PM, however a staff person starts cleaning at 10 or so and discourages guests from using the facilities because he has to clean. There is an easy solution the management can make here - either change the pool hours to end at 10pm so we’re all on the same page with the cleaning staff, or direct staff to not begin cleaning until after 10:30 pm.

Liked: Over all a very nice and good location. Great breakfast included.
Disliked: We were kept up one night by the noise coming from a bar across the street at the back of the hotel.

Disliked: The place is on the verge of becoming shabby. We would hear our neighbor showering as if the bathroom were in our room. Also noise from above.
