Best Western Plus Landmark Inn, Laconia

This is a very clean hotel and the room was lovely. King size bed was the best part.

Liked: King size bed; quiet; clean; great variety on breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Don't go; It smells; less than half of the lights were on. What a dump. They should have paid me to stay there. I will never go on your website again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Dated hotel, but comfortable. Friendly customer service. It was the perfect stay over for the concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion.

Liked: Liked everything about it! Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to amenities, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!
Disliked: If, I were to wish fore anything more, it would only be that we wished that there was a microwave INSIDE the room, and, that there was an ice machine on the same floor as our room. It was inconvenient to go several floors down to the lobby to get ice. Other than that, it was all very good!

Disliked: We arrived and waited 30 min no front desk attendant and 5 other ppl waiting to check in as well

Disliked: Housekeeping was sub par. They didn’t replenish toiletries, paper cups, and even no toilet paper. We had to keep going to the desk to ask for items.

Liked: Easy access and parking to in-town.
Disliked: 1 person at front desk who was never around.

Liked: Coffee machine is covered with dust, a piece of hair on the shower floor. I slided my fingers in some place just to prove my point, dust! I did not compalin or say anything bc it was just one night and I wont come back. No need to make a fuss.

As close to perfect as...

Liked: This facility is EXCELLENT! Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was immaculately clean. The pool room is beautiful with the pebbled floors, wooden ramp, and outside deck overlooking the Riverwalk. The hotel was right near our appointment, and it was 100% walkable. I have worked in hotels for 20+ years, so I tend to be a bit of a harsh critic, but I can not say how much I LOVED this hotel stay more.
Disliked: The beds were a bit firm for my own taste. As a side sleeper, they made my back a little sore. There is nothing the hotel can do about that as it is such a personalized preference for everyone.
