Above Average but few quirks

Liked: Breakfast great. Cook eggs longer though. Beds and atmosphere
Disliked: Hot tub out and even though staff said pool was heated definitely was not!

Liked: pool wa cold, spa was dirty, water brown. when i asked the front desk clerk about the spa, she said "I don't know, I'm front desk clerk not maintenance." Asked her if nobody maintains the pool, she said, "they're suppose to but I don't know and nobody reported that the spa's water was dirty and brown." Then she just went in the back.
Disliked: lady clerk could have been more polite and apologetic that the spa is not maintained and will let maintenance know..

Liked: We were able to bring our dog. We were able to change rooms last minute to accommodate our pet.
Disliked: The room smelled like a wet dog had been in there recently. Otherwise the room was nice, beds were clean and pillows were ok.

Wonderful stay!

Liked: I thought everything was wonderful. The breakfast was great, there were many options. The room was wonderful, very clean, nice view. The bedding was very cleanadn crisp ans the pillows were perfect. . The exercise room was fantastic!
Disliked: The pool was too cold, the jacuzzi jets didn't always work and the water appeared dirty, even though im sure it wasn't. The bed was a little hard.
