We were just passing through...

Liked: It was great, clean our room was close to the parking so not far for my aunt to walk.
Disliked: The only thing I could complain about but don’t really need to was the latch on the bathroom door.

Liked: Close to everything
Disliked: They said on their website they had a pool which they did and they advertised it but when we checked in they said it was closed due to renovations. Which in that case I would’ve went someone else if I knew because that’s the reason I booked it.

Absolutely awesome!

Liked: Everything! The staff were exceptional, very very clean, food great, and everything was just wonderful! Impressive!!!
Disliked: NOTHING!

A Great place to stay...

Liked: Room was nice and big very quiet and clean staff was very friendly and very helpful it’s the place to stay if you’re going to Branson
Disliked: There was no condiments in the snack area ie salt pepper or or anything for food

Liked: Short drive to the convention center
Disliked: Ice and snow still covering the parking lot spaces. My daughter slipped a couple times. Other occupants that were staying at the hotel were loud and obnoxious. When I complained about them, Staff just apologized, but did not seem to remedy the situation. I checked out the night before I was supposed to because the students staying in the hotel beside us were so loud my daughter and I could not sleep.
