Went to London for a Slayer concert at Bud Gardens. The hotel was beyond my expectations. It is so clean, and the staff is great. The pool area and plants are amazing, plus it has an arcade, and fitness room. It is close to everything. I will stay here again and again!

Liked: The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel itself was nice and staff were friendly/efficient.
Disliked: The fact that I had to listen to renovation noise all day when in my room without being warned at the time I booked the room. A printed sign on the front desk advising of renovations after you’ve committed to stay there is ridiculous and shady.

Disliked: It was unfortunate that the waterslide was not running as it was family day and they had two lifeguards on duty until the pool closed at 10pm
