Liked: The accommodations were great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which is included was good with a good many options.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t working and neither was the hot tub. The television is nice but the cable is not user friendly at all.

We choose this hotel because...

Disliked: We choose this hotel because of the pool. When we checked in the pool was out of service. That was not posted on this site upon making the reservation. Not only was it VERY HOT my son was very sad about this. This information would have been helpful to know. We would have stayed somewhere else. The room was not very clean. Staining on the blankets and the pull out couch. We didn’t want to get on it or even place our bags on it. The bathroom had the smallest sink in the world. You could nearly fit your hands in it to wash them. Also not very clean spots of something on the walls. Also we started to smell an electrical burning smell we believe was coming from the mini fridge. Overall this stay was very disappointing and we were all very unhappy about it. I would like some sort of compensation from this whole situation.
