Amazing !

Liked: Rooms were clean , spacious and comfy, great breakfast ! Staff was friendly. Great location ! Definitely would stay again !

We Unexpectedly stayed here, but...

Liked: We left the place we had originally made reservations and went to Best Western . The very first thing you notice when walking in is just how pleasant it smells! The staff was really nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Unlike other places in the area…
Disliked: It’s behind a bar, in a small Texas town. Pretty sure that’s the only bad part.

Disliked: The flooring is weak, it feels as though you are going to fall through the floor. I was taking a shower we were on the 3rd floor I believe and I was scared to move around the shower. It felt as though I was going to fall through the shower.

Liked: When I arrived Mark who was working the front desk was so polite, professional and caring about my situation. I had booked a room threw Booking.com and by mistake booked it for the 4th instead of the 5th of January. This was already paid in full and taken out my account. He went the extra mile to contact booking.com and even though they were not helpful at all. He did everything he had to and was able to put me in a room.This made my and my son's experience a very nice one, and I would recommend the Best Western in Lake Dallas to everyone!!Thank you Mark!! Comfortable room and good location...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and there was a good variety at breakfast including real scrambled eggs. The room itself was serviced well.
Disliked: Broken glass in the parking lot when we arrived. People staying next door to us were playing loud music in the middle of the night one night during our stay. I called the front desk but no one answered. Had to get dressed, go next door, and ask the people to tone it down, which they did. That sort of thing could happen anywhere, but the unavailability of the staff was a bother.
