Liked: 1. Room clean and bed comfortable 2. Convenient to freeway3. Hot breakfast options 4. A BIG THANKS to Maria (who works in the breakfast area) for preparing hard boiled eggs for me each day because none were available.5. Plenty of disabled parking spaces 6. Quiet despite busy location
Disliked: 1. Overall was not up to standards I expect for Best Western Plus.2. Too much perfume/cleaning product smell in entrance & lobby.3. Location not scenic; behind stores3. Bathroom needed repairs 4. Small, unattractive breakfast area 5. Poor quality of hot food options 6. No freezer in refrigerator

Liked: Ease of check in.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking. Had sausage links 2 days in a row and the sausage did not look very appetizing. But there was cheese and salsa for the eggs which was nice.

The property looks very old...

Liked: The mattress was firm as well as the pillows
Disliked: It was dirty and old. Broken thing in the tub. They stuck a bar soap under the bathtub drain in order to keep the water flowing!!!! This was mind blowing to me! 10 for creativity!!!

Good for what we required

Liked: Good location, large room comfortable bed. Breakfast ok
Disliked: Just a bit dated, bathroom toiletries need to remove the unused empty wall dispensers as they now use miniatures. Staff efficient but not overly friendly.

It was a decent stay.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was in terrible condition, had a bad dip in the middle like a bad weak spot. If you stepped in it, it get like you may fall through it.
