Dissatisfaction for cost of stay...

Liked: Location easy to get to.
Disliked: The breakfast is from 6-9,I went in at 8 and got 1 of 2 biscuits, a spoonful of gravy. Nothing left in breads but 2 slices. Not the same I was expecting from a Best Western Plus. The room door made horrible sqeeking when opened. Alarm clock in room would not work. TV guide left in room wasn't anything like TV channels.

Liked: The room was very clean. The bed, linens and pillows were quite comfortable. The bonus for me was the bathtub. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I'll be back for sure.
Disliked: The only thing I noticed about the room was the phone in the room didn't work when I went to call the front desk. Not a deal breaker by any means, just an observation

Disappointing

Liked: It was fine just for a place to stay for a night passing through town. Lots of food choices nearby. Easy to access right off the freeway.Room was mostly uodated.There was breakfast, but didn't have time to enjoy. Smelled good and seemed fresh.
Disliked: We mostly booked for the pool to have some fun after a day in the car. Even though it was open, it was not swimmable. The water level was low, water was very cloudy and smelled so strong of chemicals. The filters looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The room itself was OK. The bathtub could have been cleaned more. Looks like there was mold or mildew in the corners of the shower. There was no remote for the TV. We were given one from a different room, which didn't work. The temperature in the room was difficult to get comfortable. Felt like the heat was too hot or Air was too cold.
