Our stay was great and...

Liked: It was very convenient to access Lackland Air Force Base from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel provided breakfast at 5:30 a.m. on graduation days, which was very helpful.
Disliked: Everything about the property was great, but I do wish the AC or heater could be adjusted to turn on and off as needed. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. My granddaughter couldn't get enough of the food. And she's very picky.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like except that we forgot our bathing suits for the indoor pool

Below average stay because of...

Liked: Enjoyed the snack selection and the breakfast in the morning. We liked the idea of someone make the plate to avoid many people touching one spoon. Lady at the front desk was nice and location was good. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: First moment we walked in we saw a small roach on the floor when we turned the lights on. Mold in the sink and in the shower around the caulking. There was also mold on the rolled up shower mat that was on top of the “clean” bathroom counter. A big thing for us is cleanliness and we quickly felt that I wasn’t clean as we stepped into the room. This had a huge impact on review.
