Disliked: Can't really be better, but access to the hotel is sort of crazy.

Disliked: The AC went out where to change rooms but I had to complain like three I believe three times to get them to actually do something it was very uncomfortable.

Liked: If you’re looking for a hotel near lackland afb this is it! Is literally about 5-8 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They even provide a map with directions to get to the Air Force base quickly. Breakfast is wonderful also.
Disliked: Maybe give us an extra hour to check out since I was here for BMT Air Force graduation and it ends at 10am so we had to rush back to hotel to check out at 11
