Liked: Staff was super helpful and friendly and convenient location
Disliked: Not clean, the elevator was dirty and a good warning sign for the bed. Upon trying to crawl into bed at the end of a long day we were greeted by long hairs in the bed and in-between the duvet and the cover. We asked to change rooms and the second room had mystery brown and red stains on the duvet as well as holes in the duvet. There were handprint and face print marks left on the wall from the previous guests that had not been cleaned. Had to take a shower and was greeted by more hairs in the shower and dirty looking towels (hopefully it was makeup stains and not just dirty). Overall I left this hotel feeling dirtier than I did when I arrived.

Liked: Clean facility, friendly staff, welcoming and accommodating to our animal! The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal- tons of varieties of foods and hot breakfasts, the ladies greet you every morning and assist with anything you are looking for. There is a heated indoor pool, we did not use, but it was available in the cold weather. Would stay here again.
Disliked: The beds were not great, but somewhere to lay your head.
