Good stay, great location

Liked: Great location for old town and Jewish Quarter. Friendly staff. Overall good stay. Clean hotel and lovely choice of breakfast.
Disliked: Tram noise can be heard in rooms even those in the back of the building.Krakow is a sightseeing city where we walked approximately 8 miles a day. At the end of the day a comfy seat would be really welcome, however the lobby seats were very low, small and mainly plastic. In the bar plastic hard bar stools at tables. It is suggested chairs are changed to better comfier versions would be a great improvement.

Comfortable stay near Old Town

Liked: The location is very good -tram stop just outside in your right. Wawel Castle is a pleasant 10 min walk. The Old Town is also short 5-7 min walk away. The breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of dishes.

Would recommend for visiting all...

Liked: Great location for old town and Jewish qtr 5 min walk to both and nice breakfast too.
Disliked: The only thing I would recommend is ask for a room at the rear of the hotel as the trams and traffic noise at the front can be all night long and noisy.
