All things considering our stay...

Liked: King room with disability access was very well designed and comfortable Great coffee bar set up in the lobby
Disliked: Gas fireplace did not work. Person at the desk at check in told us to use the remote which we obviously had already tried. She then replaced the batteries even though the remote was working. She did call maintenance and he said a gas line was broken. We were really looking forward to the warmth of the fireplace instead of the very noisy heater. Late November in Sun Valley is quite chilly! This same desk clerk was not very friendly during check in and throughout the problems with the fireplace. However the staff the desk at check out was just the opposite.
