Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Pool was cold. Hot tub was like warm and filthy. One person on our part got a horrible case of hot tub rash. Other guests were clearly grossed out by the amount of dirt etc in the pool which you couldn't really tell until too late because it's so dark.

Liked: comfortable beds and clean rooms
Disliked: coffee machines didn't work in the rooms, reception staff unhelpful, and one rude.

Liked: Lovely staff. Comfy bed.
Disliked: 6 lane road very near. Scruffy carpets in hallways.

Overall nice hotel.

Liked: Location, clean, up to date, rooms
Disliked: The hot tubs were COLD. I’d call them warm tubs not hot tubs. And they smelled. Beds were not great.

Expensive, sad, not enjoyable experience...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate - good
Disliked: My room (822) in desperate need of refurbishing - much like the rest of the hotel. Damaged ceiling over the bed poorly patched with gloss white spray paint, rather than repainting the whole ceiling. Not pleasant to look at from bed. Windows damaged - acid etched? Mentioned this to a somewhat indifferent front desk staff
