It was comfortable, relaxing and...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful variety. The shower was a dream come true. There was no fear of falling in a bath tub. It was large, safe and comfortable. The bed was perfect and as I had a broken rib, it was great to sink into that luxurious bed. The staff was friendly and professional, patient and understanding.
Disliked: Everything was great. There was no downers.

Liked: The young lady, September, at the front was a 10 out of 10 in customer service. We were traveling and exhausted. She helped get us checked in with a caring a professional manner. So grateful for her. Everyone was wonderful.
Disliked: Whether our car and trailer were secure in the parking lot.

Liked: Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites was a wonderful hotel and plenty of amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Recommend to anyone looking for a great nights rest during your travels.
