Liked: The hot tub in the room. Had traveled all day and really needed a hot tub, but arrived to late to go to the pool/spa. Was grateful for the hot tub in the room. This was fabulous.
Disliked: nothng

Liked: My kids love the pool. The dogs loved having the access right outside our door to the outside.

I loved the staff but...

Liked: The staff was great and took care of every problem we had
Disliked: The guy next door had his TV up too loud so we could hear it in our room. The bathtub only half the jets worked, and we didn't have a hair dryer in our room and needed to call down for it.

Liked: the ground floor has 2 entrances staff very very nice. I actually like the staff here then any hotel I stay at. they are very kind.
Disliked: too many kids running constantly, stomping, yelling, running in halls, dogs barking, doors slamming with no control on the heavy doors when you leave and let the door close on its own, it will SLAM shut every time, people partying but the staff fixed it
