Will find another hotel next...

Liked: The staff that checked me in to the hotel weren’t very friendly. When we got to our room the toilet was dirty, there was used shower soaps still in the shower, and the refrigerator was broken and smelled.
Disliked: Staff could’ve been more friendly and room wasn’t clean.

Absolutely diabolical for the rating...

Liked: Very dirty
Disliked: Breakfast was trash, employees were rude and short. And the room had dog hair everywhere

Liked: The room was very clean and the ladies at the front desk at check in were phenomenal with their professionalism and customer service. It was very quiet at night which was a plus having our two labs with us. Not to mention my dogs were welcomed with open arms and no pet fees! I have family in the area and will be utilizing this hotel more due to being able to bring my dogs!
Disliked: The ONLY thing that was at most inconvenient, but with having the dogs it would have been nice to have been on the main floor instead of the 3rd floor, but that's not a "make or break deal" for me.

Liked: The room was spacious, loved the climate control in the room. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had some issues with our room key not working but they were replace quickly.

Very nice place to stay....

Liked: Centrally located. Great restaurants close.
Disliked: Maybe a bad weekend to stay, very loud guests in the lobby until well after 1 am. Wrestling tournament I guess.
