Disliked: Received a tongue lashing and very poor attitude from management because I had my dogs with me. Manager says I did not tell them I had dogs; it was on my reservation, or should have been. Nonetheless, when I asked for my veteran discount, she told me flat no, because of the dog situation. Very rude and unacceptable behavior from management. Aside from that, the place smells bad, they have odor control devices in all the corridors to try to control it, but it stinks. Not a very nice place, and not very nice people working there. Won't go back.

Liked: Roo. Was clean and heat was at a nice temp when I arrived. Having a good restaurant attached was a bonus
Disliked: There was a leak from the room above mine. Water was leaking down into my bath. When I went to tell the front desk all I got was a thanks for letting my know. I could not take a shower, cause the water was dripping from above. No offer or any compensation fro.the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay...

Disliked: desk clerk was obviously very sick, coughing, but no mask.
