Liked: On check out front desk person was so sweet and offered us bottles of water for our trip. I wish I would have gotten her name.Beds are very comfortable

Disliked: I know times are tight, but when the mattress is sagging in the most used spots, it’s time for an upgrade, also a few more pillows to the bed would have been nice. Exhaust vents are needed in the bathrooms to keep each shower session from turning the room into a sauna.Breakfast was a bit disappointing as the main even at my past hotel stays have been waffles. The waffle make wasn’t even on, I turned it on and it did not seem to be heating up. Later was troubleshot by another guest who found the hard way it wasn’t preheated but after about 30 minutes it was cooking. Ok so finally waffles, but then trying to get syrup, empty. Kinda put a final damper on the experience. No not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but think I’ll try spending the same rate elsewhere next time.
