We stayed because it was close to the Starlight Theatre. Overall, the room was very clean with nice amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am ever in Kansas City.

Liked: The commons area was nice and pool
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that after I arrived at 6:30-7pm to check in. I left shortly after and upon retuning at 9:30pm I came back the latch was on the door and the staff refused to cut it off until 12 AM next day Leaving myself and my group including one child standing in the hall for hours. I advise staff that I was there for a funeral and could not wait until the morning to retrieve my belongings. Something must be done immediately. They started to attempt to unlock it using a hanger. I shared photos.

It's doable

Liked: The staff was very helpful, supportive, as well as knowledgeable. My room was clean, the bedding was made to perfection. The breakfast was decent. The location was right off the highway which made it convenient for my travel. The water was hot enough for a good shower.
Disliked: I couldn't sit down in the bath tub, to take a bath, due to stains in the bottom. I tried cleaning out myself, but they were permanent.

Liked: Lorraine at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! I was on a work trip so it was nice to be greeted by her and she was super helpful!!
Disliked: Nothing that I could mention. The property was very nice.
