Liked: Excellent stay! This will be my go to hotel for next time I’m in Kamloops. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was clean and warm enough to swim comfortably in the winter, staff were very friendly. Our room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t fully functioning.

Disliked: assessable room bedroom, heat didn't work but okay as we just turned up the one in the main room. All dispensers were out of shampoo and conditioner which is something I always use at hotels.
