Disliked: We were in kalamazoo for the lion king. Checked in an hour or so after check in time. Tried to take a short nap before the show but the elevator was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Left for the show around 6. We returned around 10:30p.m. When we returned there was no heat in our room. It was in the teens outside. Called the front desk and they sent up "housekeeping" The 2 of them came in and were checking things out speaking another language. They said something about the plug to us in English but spoke in their language about it the rest of the time. It did turn on but took quite a bit for it to kick up some warmth. Just the tiniest bit of warmth. We asked for another room but there were none available. The heater shut off shortly after. Could not turn it back on. It was very cold in the room. We left very early the next morning. There were children in the breakfast area unsupervised grabbing foods with bare hands and they were barefooted. Will never go back there and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Will stay again!

Liked: I did not go. The hotel was very full of kids. I get nervous about food when there are so many little.

Great option for an overnight...

Liked: The room was really nice, with plenty of room and comfortable seating.Really liked the jacuzzi.Bkfst was really good.
Disliked: We found nothing dissatisfying...
