Liked: Felt very private, away from the world, was clean, the staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The indoor pool was freezing, low on towels at pool & hot tub area.

Great hotel and very comfortable

Liked: The staff was excellent (Lena at the front desk). The location was perfect. Parking, room key, cleanliness, noise, hot water, comfort were all great!!
Disliked: There was no overhead ceiling fan in the bathroom. It looked like it was there but it did not work (room #100).The tiny shampoo bottle was filled with a shampoo that didn't really lather much...and not enough for two people.Also, when we opened up the sofa bed, there were old crumbs and food on the mattress. This was pretty gross.

Liked: The bed was super comfy for me. it was just soft enough without being too soft
Disliked: The floors seem a bit "spongy". it seems the entire hotel may need a bit of upkeep.
