Disappointing

Liked: There was hardly ever someone at the front desk the washer and dryer took my money and they would not refund it the the manager was very rude when I asked them to refund my money from the laundry that I didn’t get to do and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back and I know I left the room clean I turned in all my keys and remote

The most horrible stay ever.

Liked: We didn’t eat.
Disliked: First room the bed was not made and someone was already there. Second, receptionist was rude. Third no remotes. Got an attitude when she was asked for one. Said remote doesn’t work. Fourth… No. hotel. Water. For the entire stay. No. Hot. Water.

Liked: Everything gets a 10, from me. Housekeeping was brilliant, so was the front desk clerk. The only problem we had, was a hard bed.B

Hole in the wall behind...

Disliked: Hole in the wall behind the toilet, shower curtain was stained, bugs on the floor in the bathroom, too few towels, no one emptied the trash, the bathroom light was missing the fixture- it was just open bulbs, and there was no overhead lighting in the living room. The TV had maybe 8 channels and 3 of them worked. We were unable to get on the WiFi.

Liked: The breakfast was very convenient. No hassel getting ready to go out to eat. The employees checking us in were very friendly and helpful
