Attended a concert at Verizon Arena. Hotel a short drive/taxi ride to arena. Very convenient. Parking not as convenient - very few spaces available and when we asked night employee for some suggestions on where to park she rudely shrugged and said she didn't know. To be fair, however, the daytime staff were all very pleasant and when we reported the parking issue at time of check out. The employee was very apologetic and stated she would inform management. Her strong customer service skills helped us to leave on a positive note.

Liked: Great room. The door lock was loose. The couch had a stain on one of the cushions. The bathtub had a rust stain in it. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. The bed was firm and the TV was large!
