The hotel was in a great location; the room was spacious; with a couple of minor changes I would have given it 5 star rating.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Only one ice machine for the whole complex. The breakfast is OK at best. The table had paint overspray on it.

Dissapointing!!
Liked: the breakfast, location and room was nice.
Disliked: The juice machine for the breakfast was broken the entire time so they only offered water and coffee which is extremely disappointing. The Night desk staff (indian male) was weird and kept stairing at our family we didn't feel welcomed at all. There was a group of kids maybe a team (10 or more kids) staying there they screamed, yelled, played hide and seak all over the hotel, jump up and down in the rooms above us. I complained and the male rep cut me off and told me to wait while he looked for a chanel on the tv to watch then he said go ahead and I told him and he did nothing! My husband had to go and speak to the parents that were having an adult party at the pool area. It was a difficult stay for us as we were there to lay our uncle to rest but the hotels lack of control over their guest just made our trip even more difficult and restless.
