Exceptional

Liked: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well-appointed and bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast offered a variety of selections, both hot and cold. Location of hotel is within easy walking distance of shops. This is the only place my wife and I stay when we visit the Lancaster area.

We have stayed at this...

Liked: The room was great. Two queen beds and a separte sitting room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast is included. Although that is very helpful, it would be nice if they could expand the brekfast menu a bit and offer more choices. The 24 hour coffee is appreciated, however, the Keurig maching they had made pretty bad coffe- still, a nicen gesture, though.
