Very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of rooms, shuttle service, hot breakfast and price. Very happy we stayed and will be back if we ever need a hotel in Madison, WI again!

The room was awesome; very, very, nice staff; we got a shuttle to and from the venue and even though the concert ran late they still came and got us, even at 11:30; I would recomend this place highly.

Liked: We got there to check in and they didn't have a room for us. We had to go to a different hotel and had to have two separate rooms. We get together once a year and couldn't all be together

Liked: Great food in restaurant. Great location near University hospital.coffee machine in lobby and rm great.
Disliked: TV guide couldn't find. Did without.

Liked: Comfortable room, nice linens, appreciated the toiletries available, pool and hot tub were pleasant, breakfast was good quality.
Disliked: I booked this for their shuttle service for our university tour and don’t recommend doing that. We were nearly late to the tour because we waited more than 30 min for the shuttle. We waited nearly an hour for our pick up after and finally gave up and called a Lyft. Just deal with the parking (or take the bus or ride share) and skip the shuttle is my recommendation.

Liked: Location, included breakfast, complimentary shuttles, clean, nice pool, a lot to like. Seems well managed, caring staff.
Disliked: Room to move in bedroom a bit lacking.
