Very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of rooms, shuttle service, hot breakfast and price. Very happy we stayed and will be back if we ever need a hotel in Madison, WI again!

The room was awesome; very, very, nice staff; we got a shuttle to and from the venue and even though the concert ran late they still came and got us, even at 11:30; I would recomend this place highly.

Booking.com is a horrific company,...

Liked: Booking.com is a bunch of scammers, cancelling bookings when demand gets higher to get a higher price
Disliked: The property was great, but Booking.com should no longer be in business after being dishonest with folks booking on the site. Cancelling bookings so you can get a higher price is not a feasible business model, and customer service refusing to make it right is even worse.

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the parking allows you to explore the area on foot. Great restaurants in the area and lots to do.

Liked: My puppy was having eye removal surgery at UW Veterinarian hospital. I needed an extended check out. The granted me that precious extra hour. Thank you BW.

Liked: Everything was great, breakfast was wonderful, staff friendly, close to UWMadison Health facilities, shuttle offered so don’t need to deal with UM parking structures.
