Liked: Comfortable and well - run hotel with a good restaurant and buffet breakfast. The best option in Williams if you don’t mind being a five minute drive from town.

Beautiful lovely stay

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and very clean. They have amenities that show they really want to make sure guests have a genuinely nice and comfortable stay . The decor is beautiful . It's a beautiful spot . Everyone there was exceptionally helpful and kind. There was one lady who was changing out trash bags in the laundry area that didn't respond when I said hello. Instead, she slammed the trash can down like we were bothering her and then seemed to give me a dirty look. Then the same thing happened a few minutes later down the hallway. "Won't let One Bad Apple spoil the whole bunch." Maybe she does not like people, or maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. Anyways, other than that one person, everything was absolutely wonderful. Next time we go to Williams, we plan on staying here again.

Liked: Don't hesitate, stay here. The location in the pine trees is beautiful and easy to drive to the Grand Canyon. Included breakfast, which is better than many upscale hotels. Clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus near the cute town of Williams.
