The rooms were nicely cleaned and smelled clean too. The Continental Buffet spread was awesome and beautiful and appetizing. Everything was fresh. And the workers also kept checking for empty and refills on food and drinks. The pool and the jacuzzi were a big plus also. Liked the idea that the pool was not closed until 11:00 at night and I appreciated the checkout time - instead of 11:00 it's at 12:00. Really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back to visit again.

Liked: The room was large and clean. The mattress was okay but not great. The bathroom was a bit cramped. The breakfast was pretty good. It's a Best Western so it is what it is, but it's one of the better BWs I've stayed at...
Disliked: The maytr3ss was just ok. It would be nice to have charging stations in the room... something that has become comm9nplace at hotels... well, except for this BW

Overall a good stay

Liked: Breakfast options were good, self serve coffee machine made the best cup of coffee I've had in years!! Bed was very comfortable, room was a good size and lots of lighting.
Disliked: The price for a stay where the elevator was not working properly, made me feel like maybe management could do better at running a hotel.

For the money, this was...

Liked: This was a charming hotel with nice Southwest Pueblo vibes. It did not feel like a large chain hotel but a cozy lodge. The beds were comfortable and this was our favorite hotel of a multi-city vacation. We would stay here again if back in the area.
