Horrible.

Disliked: The power went out at 10PM and did not come back on. The staff never communicated with the guests about the power outage, we were left in the dark and cold. Had to take a cold shower in the morning. When I ask the morning manager for a refund she was rude instead of empathetic. Horrible experience. I'm going to be sure the city of Napa knows about this event as well.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The espresso machine in the lobby was a nice addition. Our room was spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with high end products.
Disliked: I would have given our stay 5 stars except for the fact that there is no soundproofing. We were on the first floor and a gentleman was staying in the room directly above us and he had a very loud and angry telephone conversation that lasted for 3 hours starting at midnight. It sounded like he was in the room with us. Needless to say we did not get much sleep.
