Nice Accomodations

Liked: Nice Hotel for a weekend trip. We only looked at pet friendly hotels and this one welcomed our small dogs. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice but the coffee and cappuccino bar was my favorite! My only suggestion would be, when updating downsize the dresser sizes in the room to maximize space.

Made our college visit very...

Liked: Excellent location with beautiful mountain views! The staff was very accommodating and even located a luggage cart when we checked in late at night from lazy guests who chose not to return them to the front! The pool was nice and warm! Plenty of tables for breakfast and comfortable beds! This will be our go-to hotel when we visit our son!
Disliked: The breakfast area was not easy to find; it was located at the other end, near the conference rooms. Not a bad thing, but a few more signs would be helpful.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable! And was located only 2 min from our destination and 3 min from a lot of stores!
Disliked: The front desk staff , Julie was extremely rude to me and three other adults that we knew staying there. She yelled at my husband as he was walking out of the hotel and asked him who was checking out here!! And I said I am. Then got on her computer for a few moments and didn’t say a word to me so I asked her if she needed anything else fromMe to check out and she then abruptly says to me “ you’re going to have to wait!! My computer is loading!!” She then continues to work on her computer for a few more moments and then ask if I checked in with a card I told her yes she then gets back on her computer and ignores me again. I asked her if it was possible to get a receipt and she then yells at me again that her computer is loading and I need to just wait!! I ended up walking out. She was extremely rude and it was so uncalled for! I also have never checked out at a hotel that I needed to do anymore than just turn my keys in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER!!
