Exceptional

Liked: The room was very comfortable and accommodated every need we encountered. Even the bathroom was of comfortable size, lots of space to put toiletries, clothes etc. Loved the mini kitchenette too.
Disliked: The wifi was a bit on the slow side in the room (we needed it for work) - but in the bar/foyer there was better reception.

Liked: Excellent! The hotel is in the city centre and about 15 mins walk from the university. Breakfast was quite good. Staff very polite. The room is big enough for two people and the small kitchen saves the day. Recommended

Great stay after changing rooms!

Liked: The rooms are quite large, the small kitchen is very practical, and the staff is very nice and are great at handling problems. Great breakfast and location!
Disliked: In the first room, I was checked into, there were dirty dishes (frying pan) in the dishwasher, and the heating did not work. The staff handled it exceptionally well and immediately checked me into another room, and everyone was very nice and apologetic. While things like this should not happen, I completely understand they still do and I included this also to highlight how well the staff is handling problems.
