The hotel is OK but...

Liked: The location of a hotel is good.
Disliked: Attitude of a staff. There was a receptionist on 24th October morning who was checking me out. He was very rude. He had a very bad attitude and displayed a very negative aura. He doesn't have basic principles of hospitality. I asked his name, and he kept saying that I am a manager.

Liked: The ‘homey’ atmosphere. Super clean hotel. Great location. Great customer service. We stayed here before so that previous experience made us return to this hotel.

Comfortable stay and great location!

Liked: The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location of the hotel is also in a great area with alot of shops and restaurants just down the road. The rooms are standard hotel size and all the amenities needed are provided. And the mini bar is free!
