Comfortable, great location and kind...

Liked: Staff was extremely kind, especially one young gentleman that works there as an intern. We have room 303 which was almost on a corner, quiet and clean. Breakfast was really nice and many different options and of course, the best German bread :). Location also very good, close to the Dom, the old town and the main shopping street. Definitely a good place to be!

Beside the 2 negative things,...

Liked: The breakfast it’s super complete.
Disliked: The size of the bed. For a Queen room, was small. I booked with parking place, and in the meantime they change the rules without informing.

Clean, modern and comfortable

Liked: Very clean and welcoming. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was a huge bonus.The room was clean and modern. The water pressure in the shower was incredible ! The women at reception were very helpful calling for reservations for us at local restaurants and providing advice.
Disliked: No parking on site. You need to park across the street under the bus station for 18.00 Euros for 24 hours. Area is a little rundown, but it is very close to the shopping and old town. Not much to complain about really....

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. They even brought a charger up to the room when we need one. The room was very clean and the location is very central. It was close to the parking garage and it only cost Eur 18 for 24 hrs.
Disliked: Peterstrasse is near the bus station so there are a lot of homeless people but most of the hotels are in this street so that cannot be avoided.
