Liked: excellent breakfasts, comfortable room, and a quiet hotel in a great central location. Parking garage very useful.
Disliked: All good, except no ventilation in the bathroom, so towels never dried out.

Liked: The staff at reception was extremely helpful, especially the lady on the evening shift. She recommended some great places for us to visit. When the cleaning staff didn't clean the room normally, she quickly brought everything we needed and even offered us drinks at the bar. When we had an issue with the internet connection, she went above and beyond to assist us.
Disliked: My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The internet was unreliable, and the bathroom mirror, just a piece of metal, was so blurry that it was practically useless. The shower had only a handheld head, and the cover was a basic shower curtain, which caused water to pool in the entire bathroom. There was no shelf to place even a shampoo bottle. The room was very dusty, and despite staying for two days as a group of three, housekeeping replaced only two towels. On the second day, the room was only partially cleaned, with dirty cups left behind, and a vacuum cleaner left by our door. Overall, both the service and cleanliness were below expectations.
