A great stay near Modena

Liked: A very spacious apartment with much storage space and very clean. The pool area was also clean and was a great way to close the day. Breakfast was also excellent with savory and sweet options and tasty coffee to your liking. The location is quiet but far from the centre of Modena, it would be best to have a car. Special praise for the cleaning lady who did an exceptional job in tidying up our room!
Disliked: The mattress in the large bedroom was very hard and ventilation noise is noticeable at night. Kitchen in the apartment can be used with a daily supplement of 10 eur, I do not remember seeing this in the Booking listing (maybe it was stated, i just didn't notice it).

Excellent Hotel with great breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was luxurious and the parking facilities excellent. The room including its facilities were also great!
Disliked: The pool area could have been more heated.

Great rooms, staff, and breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was excellent - nice variety of meat, eggs, breads, juices, cereal. The room was super quiet
Disliked: We had 4 rooms and they were pretty far apart from each other
