From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The hotel restaurant deserves special mention as well—the food was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service was impeccable, and every meal felt like a five-star dining experience.However, the true highlight of my stay was Charlotte, the receptionist. Charlotte is an absolute gem—her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency truly set her apart. She greeted me with a radiant smile, answered every question I had with care and patience, and ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless. Charlotte’s genuine enthusiasm for her work and her remarkable ability to make guests feel valued and special left a lasting impression on me.Thank you to everyone at Mirabeau for an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this wonderful place to my friends and family!
Disliked: If there is anything I would change is to change the two single beds into a queen bed instead.

The Family suite was amazing...

Liked: The room service was excellent. Never had the chance to go for breakfast as we were always out or sleeping but the Lunch and Dinner are excellent. I felt that the price could be reviewed as it was a bit expensive but the taste was there.
Disliked: This is just a suggestion but the room decoration could be a upgrade. But was not bad at all..it gave a bit of charm to the hotel.
