Lovely central hotel

Liked: Excellent location for Stade Marcel-Michelin. Lovely clean comfy room, nice gentleman on reception.

Avoid - hotel is under-staffed

Liked: Convenient location for rugby stadium
Disliked: Silly system whereby the front door is locked until 3pm. We arrived at 1pm to drop bags off but stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes and only gained entry when another customer exited. Then there was no-one on reception so had to wait another 15 minutes whilst we tried to locate a member of staff. We came back at 7:30pm to check in. Again no-one on reception - had to wait another 15 minutes.
