Fussen is a delightful little...

Liked: This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed. I was surprised when I walked in the door, and was pleasantly greeted, and attended our whole stay. The breakfast, cocktails, and dinners were a 4/5. My next time to Fussen, it is my hotel of choice.

Disliked: Bartender; after told him I hated sparkling wine; asked him about the rose he said nothing and brought me sparkling rose! Added it to bill after I sent it back saying that I can’t drink sparkling drinks! Biggest mistake was he was very very rude and then charged me for rose and x 2 for one white wine! (Had one). Repugnant, misogynist human being. First time I’ve wrote such feedback but I’ve never encountered this in my 40+ years of travelling. To top it all off my husband has a card with best western as he travels frequently… after he was so disrespectful to me we will be moving our “go to “ hotel to the meridian!

Disliked: I requested a change room because I was assigned a room that was different from the one I had booked more than a month ago, but I ended up using an undesirable room because there were no rooms available. The reason I was assigned a room with a bathroom for the disabled was that the bedroom was too small for 4 people, and there was not enough space to open my bags even, so I had to move the sofa bed without the help of the staff. I had no choice but to use the 4 beds pushed together without any gaps.
