Desaster
Liked: The bedroom was ok The evening & morning receptionnist were fine
Disliked: Bedroom not really clean we even found a lip balm next to the bed I'm wondering if they have changed the sheets they wont really clean so we slept on top of the duvet.The worse part is the food : change your " cook" to be niceWe ordered a Côte de Bœuf see by yourselves the pictures My wife wanted hers medium well we been told it wasn't possible to long to cook.Apparently the client can't have what is paying for not really professionnal.The breakfast to be avoid better going to Mac Donalds to give an idea

Liked: My Room was fantastic. Large and very comfortable. Air con that worked. Lovely bathroom and shower puls bath !Huge TV dining area!
Disliked: It was all good tbh.

Disappointing
Liked: breakfast is good, lots of choice. the beds are comfortable and tidy. bed linen is heavy, towels are heavy.
Disliked: the room smells of mold, there is a lot of mold around the windows, the windows are damp from the inside, you feel damp in the room. The reception service works slowly and when we told them about the damp room, we got the answer that our room is standard and all of them are like that. I mean, don't expect anything better... shy daid for us.I'm glad that it was only a one-night stay and for work reasons, so I didn't have to spend more time in the room.

Not ideal or relaxing
Liked: What did I like? The grounds were beautiful, especially if you’re lucky enough to have a terrace. It really enhances the experience.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but there was no orange juice, which was a first for me. I always look forward to it, and there was only drip coffee—no espresso, which was disappointing.As for the rest of the stay? There were so many issues. When we arrived, the AC in our room didn’t work, leaving it unbearably stuffy and hot. The front desk staff tried to fix it, but with no success. They upgraded us to the room next door, but the same problem persisted. We ended up going back to our original room.I spent over an hour researching the AC manual online and figured out there was a fault code through a diagnostic. Turns out, the AC was down for that part of the hotel. They offered to downgrade us to a smaller room, but we had too much luggage for that to be comfortable.While they did offer a discount, considering how expensive Denmark is, especially for a hotel not in a major city, it didn’t really make up for the inconvenience.We had to sleep with the patio door open, hoping no one wandered in. You’d think, ‘It’s Denmark, what could happen?’ But I had already dealt with a drunk guy harassing me at the front desk, so you never know.Oh, and the rooms don’t have phones to contact the front desk. You have to call from your mobile, which was such a hassle. Definitely not ideal.
