Liked: The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff and the luggage porter were super helpful as well. The hotel has an excellent design—everything was perfect! If you head left when you exit the hotel, you’ll find a really nice bar that makes amazing gin and tonics. :)
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very good location, hotel very clean and overall comfortable, with a friendly staff.The shower in the hotel is stilla bit “old style”, but overall comfortable!The coffee machine even in the standard room is a plus :-)I would go back!

Fabulous experience

Liked: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Nicolo and Martina for their excellent customer services. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our trip to Milan exceptional. I would recommend the deluxe rooms- they are worth paying more. You will experience the Luxurious renovation the hotel is going through!
