Milano city center hotel

Liked: Warm welcome. I had an upgrade. Grazie!The receptionist has great charisma and is very polite. The room deco was really nice. Bed very good
Disliked: All ok except for the heating that wasn't working properly. I needed to request an extra blanket and worn my sweater to sleep warmer.The bathroom has one step to get in...at bit awkward to be honest.
