Liked: The location of this hotel is excellent. I stayed there for three nights. I came to Annecy once last summer and fell in love with the city, and this time I wanted to visit so many different shops that it was a dream come true. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helped me a lot. I appreciate it very much. Thank you very much!

Liked: We were stranded on N90 after a rock slide halted about 40,000 travelers through the tarentaise valley. We were able to turn around and were lucky to book one of the last rooms at this hotel. We were unfamiliar with Annecy as we were traveling from Lyon but it ended up being a wonderful stop in our trip! Special mention to Jose at the front desk who was under an immense amount stress trying to accommodate all lobby full of us and was so incredibly professional and kind. This is a gem of a hotel in a great location!

2 night repeat stay in...

Liked: We had a beautiful room with a fab view of the Castle. Clean, updated and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and modern. No complaints. Have stayed here 3 times now and highly recommend. Also has underground safe parking at a cost of 22 Euro's for 2 nights. Breakfast is wonderful. Lots of options and very nice staff. Worth it for sure.

Liked: Jose at the front desk was phenomenal! His poise under pressure from the tense scenario of high volume of people looking for rooms was incredible. Anyone managing a hotel property can learn a lot from what we saw from Jose. Bravo!
