Liked: The staff were great, even the location. We had an issue with the tv but was resolved. All went well
Disliked: The pillow was not that ideal, TV channels in English are rare, but the most thing that bothered me much was the bathroom extractor. When it switched on with the lights, it took ages to turn off after the lights went off.

Inadequately expensive considering the overall...

Liked: Convenient location. Very close to the Prater.
Disliked: 1. The general condition of the room - the repair is long overdue. Some switches do not work. 2. The staff did not inform that an additional payment of 18€ is required for breakfast. Only told the time when breakfast is available when I wanted to make all payments in advance. And during the eviction, they faced the fact. If we had been warned that breakfast is expensive and expensive, we would have preferred to have breakfast in a restaurant. It would not be more expensive, but definitely tastier.

Liked: Good location, quiet and clean, comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the underground, there are a few supermarkets nearby. Staff members are most helpful.
