Liked: George the night Mgr was excellent. He took our items & placed them on the cart & told my Mom to sit @ the lounge section until I parked the car. George came bk outside to Ck on me & made sure I got safely inside the hotel then George rolled the cart to the elevator. PS JH hotel bumped us while we were on our way to that hotel.

Our stay was very good.

Liked: A variety of food choices on the breakfasts bar was excellent! The service given by the housekeeping staff was great. When we checked in the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a mixup for the shuttle to take us to Inner Harbor. The driver told us the shuttle left every 2 hours.
