Disliked: Hair in the shower and in the sink. Just very dirty.

Comfortable and great staff. Cleaning...

Liked: Close to every thing.
Disliked: Bathroom not as clean as I expected. Brought it to their attention and the tub was scrubbed and the wall cleaned.

Mixed feelings!

Liked: Nice rooms; nice breakfast area and breakfast.
Disliked: Didn’t know that the hotel was in the middle of remodeling and the pool and hot tub were closed.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The air conditioner wouldn’t turn on. The front desk associate offered to come take a look but I didn’t not feel comfortable having a man come into our room while my 2 children were sleeping. The bathroom outlet cover’s nail was not screwed in all the way. I would say about 80% of the screen was sticking out. There was black spots all across the ceiling, I’m not sure if it was dirt or mold. The phone wouldn’t work to call down to the front desk, which wasn’t that big of a deal since I just used my cell phone.

Convenient location, but rooms feel...

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Everything was dirty in the room, lots of stains, lots of areas not cleaned at all, drawers with piles of ick in them, hair (not ours) throughout, shower yucky… overall the whole room felt gross

Great value had some issues

Liked: Close to town and amusement park
Disliked: Comforter was a queen on a king bed, pillows were small and the shower curtain was too short. Also even though it wasn’t the hotels fault there were kids running up and down the hall late at night and slamming doors shut

Practical lodging when visiting family...

Liked: Mediocre, but it’s free
Disliked: Better variety of fruit and cereal.
