It was a good stay...

Liked: The room was clean and had a coffee maker. Great room for having a dog.
Disliked: We got to breakfast 5 minutes late. I thought it went until 10:00. When we walked in, we were immediately told the food was gone and we were too late. 5 minutes late. There is no way they could have gotten the food all put away in 5 minutes. They had to have started earlier. What if someone got there at 9:15 and wanted seconds? She told us we could go grab an apple if we wanted. We did find a yogurt and a very small pastry. Then I went to get a coffee on my way out and she had taken that away also. I asked her about it so she got it back out. I was thankful for that. We did run into a manager on the way out and he was very kind. He asked how our stay was , so we told him about breakfast. He said that shouldn’t have happened and apologized several times. The only other thing was the mattress was a little firm for my personal liking. That’s not there fault though.

One night only but a...

Liked: The breakfast and rooms were good. Best Western Plus standard so good bed and everything you need for a short/medium stay. The big surprise for us was the excellent restaurant and bar where we sat outside and enjoyed dinner and the Magoritas. We used the laundry here after 15 days on the road, it was modern and worked well.
Disliked: This is a good hotel, but because it's a low-rise, some of the rooms are a bit of a hike from the restaurant. Other than that the breakfast room could be better located in the restaurant, it's a bit dull in there. It's a pity because at night the restaurant is nice.

Disappointing.

Liked: Good location. Good restaurant attached with decent breakfast hour. Staff, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were two big problems with this stay. First, our hotel room faced the noisy interstate highway when there were plenty of rooms available that did not. I believe it was because I booked it on Booking.com. You can’t change it when you book through Booking.com. That’s something that both sides need to look at. Why should I book with an agency that pins down the rooms in such a way that once you’re handed the worst room in the place there’s nothing you can do about it? The second problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. We had added a night, but we canceled out because we didn’t want to stay there another night.

Disliked: We hoped the pool would be relaxing but too many kids/parents at the time we checked it out
