We had a bad experience

Liked: Clean and very convenient
Disliked: We couldn’t go to sleep the fire alarm inside the room would beep every 10 seconds we had a rough night

Refreshing stop in a city...

Liked: The size of the room was nice, especially for two people stopping in San Antonio for a night. While we only interacted with staff a few times, every employee provided excellent service and created a friendly atmosphere. The spa tub present in the room along with the comfortable bed provided me and my partner with much needed relaxation. What was meant to be a quick stop in San Antonio ended up recharging both of our batteries. Late checkout of 12pm allowed a slow well-stocked delicious breakfast and a meandering through our morning routines. Honestly for a stay close to where I grew up, I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will be returning.
Disliked: Couple lights in the room were dim or out.

Liked: Overall breakfast was good - b&g’s, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, fancy coffee machine
Disliked: When I asked over the phone if the hot tub worked, I was told yes. However it was at most 85 degrees. When I asked staff, they “have no idea if it works since no one ever uses it.”
