Solid stay with scheduling snafu...

Liked: Good and easy location. I didn’t go to their garden or pool, but they looked nice. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Because I used Booking.com changing my dates took many phone calls five months before my stay. Then when I arrived they said they had no record or notes that either I or Booking.com called and both had called them 3 times each and their employee added none of that detail or even the changed dates to the reservation. It took me more than an hour talking to them, calling Booking.com, B.com calling them, calling a manager, before another check in employee knew how to code their computer system otherwise they would have recharged me and then refunded the recharge on a different day. Gladly it worked out and I was made whole, despite having to change room type. I hold no ill will to them and am grateful for the help all the staff gave me. Also our room did not dispense hot water in the shower at all. Three chilly showers for sure.

Liked: What I didn't like was the price of the room. It was shoddy, not clean, and not worth the money for it. I loved the new dog park. It is beautiful
Disliked: The furniture and bed and everything else

It provided what we needed...

Liked: Easy to find, easy access to highway.
Disliked: The electrical outlets are worn. It was difficult to get my devices to plug in and stay connected.

Giant rooms with giant beds...

Liked: Great Location and Unique Property
Disliked: I was traveling with a friend and we didn’t want to share a bed so we had to upgrade to two king size beds. The options were one king size bed, one Queen or two king size beds. It would have been nice just to choose a normal double Queen room. But the room was otherwise perfect.

This hotel is tried and...

Liked: My family stays here every single time we are in Flagstaff. The city is fantastic and fun but we also like to avoid the traffic and this hotel is just inside the north city limits and has super super easy interstate access. We like everything about it, including free parking, ample breakfast, cookies in the lobby, newspapers, and comfy everything.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like.
