Exceeded my expectations

Liked: I loved how clean the rooms were. Even the lobby, dining, and hallways were clean.
Disliked: I didnt sleep well because the temperature kept changing. It was hot, and not as cold when brought the temp down.

Superb

Liked: Food was ok. Area was clean.
Disliked: Could hear the people in the next room.

Exceptional

Liked: Service and support for all facets of our trip were exceptional! We were assisted with boarding pass, and special requests expertly, professionally, and personal warth by all front office, kitchen, and housekeeping staff members we encountered.
Disliked: Visiting vehicles, and sometimes people were a bit noisy after late hours, and early mornings. Vehicle back up signals, and exhaust systems could be heard from inside our shut door

not so great trip for...

Liked: the staff was awesome and my stay wasn't great cause of lady friend who's now ex lady friend. I checked out the next day and they took care of the rest with gal tried staying there without me being there.
