It was a great stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly, and welcoming. The room was great, it was spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the gym had what we were looking for with free weights, weight machines and treadmills. There were other things in the gym but, we didn't use them. Breakfast was good, and the space to use for eating was very clean with lots of tables. The breakfast hours worked perfectly for us 6A.M.- 9:30A.M as we were checking out just after 7A.M.We chose this hotel for its location to a venue we were in town visiting. It was just a mile away. That was perfect. We found a place to have dinner just a few miles away up on Warm Springs Blvd. Actually there were quite a few choices of places to eat on that street. It was easy to get to and get back to the hotel.
Disliked: There was street traffic, and air traffic noise, but once we fell asleep we didn't hear a thing. If you're a light sleeper take earplugs. The blinds were operated by a switch next to the television which took me a minute to figure out. I wished there were instructions about that in the room. They were easy to use once I figured out they needed a switch to operate.

Over priced and not up...

Liked: A variety of espresso options. Also had soy milk (rarely see that at hotels). Bed was comfortable and the room quiet during the night.
Disliked: Wasn’t in the best area. Homeless and dogs staying in hotel. We were told dogs were on the first floor but there was a big dog on the third floor with a very loud bark.

Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The beds were on the firmer side… didn’t get the best sleep. I also informed the staff my room smelled like pet urine, but it wasn’t overpowering and only in one area of the room. I didn’t want a new room, but was told I would get a 10% discount which was never given.
