Liked: Staff; price; convenience.
Disliked: They said parking was $40. It cost $50. I need to call and find out why.

I loved this hotel! It was super cozy, very cute in the outside and inside. Rooms were very clean, beds are comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Breakfast was amazing, this hotel was amazing, I loved it! Best part is that my favorite place to eat was literally about a block away.
Liked: Great service! Super cozy.

We took a cab to the show and walked back to the hotel because it was so close; lots of choices of what to eat along the way.
Liked: Clean; nice employees and VERY close to everything.
Disliked: Unexpected $50.00 parking fee and the coffee maker did not work.

Liked: A great place to stay, especially because of the variety of things nearby. Drugstore, grocery store, bars, non-traditional restaurants (meaning no fast food, which is great to me), some shopping available, cabs everywhere, and if needed a parking garage next door. I will probably only stay in this hotel in Chicago in the future. The staff provided everything I needed and left me alone when I wanted it. Micro and fridge in the room and even a couple bottles of free water. Nothing to complain about with my stay, wish I could say that about all my adventures!
Disliked: Nothing on this trip.

Although I live out of town, my son lived in Chicago for several years, so it's been a while since I had to stay in a hotel there. This hotel was conveniently located near the venue for the concert we were attending; it was reasonably priced, including the adjacent parking garage; quiet, comfortable and perfect for the night's stay. The breakfast offerings were a little slim, but the hotel is directly across the street from Ann Sather's, so we weren't inclined to eat breakfast at the hotel anyway.
Liked: Quiet; comfortable; conveniently located room.
Disliked: Breakfast selections were a little weak.
