We asked for extra pillows and they were never brought. There were only two pillows on my bed while on the other there were three, and there were 3 of us in a two bedroom room. Also there was a comforter/heavier blanket missing on one bed. Thankfully, the heater keep us warm enough. Also, we had to ask for extra towels twice. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Disliked: They said the pool was open. It was the ONLY reason we chose this hotel. HEATED indoor pool.we got there and it was open but frigid cold. NO HEAT. Previous reviews said it was closed in Jan. for repairs. Still not fixed and we could not use the Frigid pool. Manager came by and put his hand in and said "Feels warm to me" which infuriated my wife and I. Ruined our stay. Plus our King suite was TINY. Smallest room I have ever stayed in and it was $137 a night. On top of all that they tried to charge my credit card twice and I had to get the GM to call me back and fix it. The waffle mix at breakfast was so old it had turned sour and there was no selection of fruit or yogurts. Only bruised apples and a cooler full of peach yogurt only. Who wants peach yogurt? Hotel was serviceable at best. No attention to detail in any facet and overpriced for what the competition offers.
